Communicate and agree 3-5 of the most critical responsibilities your team member must do to achieve your expectations and objectives

  • Agree what activities they are and how you are going to measure them.
  • Encourage your team member to produce a 1 page document on the key components of their role and who it impacts and develop 3-5 objectives/goals.
  • Discuss and agree how you are going to measure.
